We provide online acting coaching, audition preparation, self-tape coaching, scene study, commercial technique training, and career consultation services. All services are provided on a fee-for-service basis. Detailed information about our services, pricing, and payment terms are included below.

All content provided during coaching sessions, including materials, exercises, feedback, and methodologies, is the property of Mig Macario (Coach with MiG) and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use materials provided during coaching sessions for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
By submitting any content (e.g., questions, feedback, testimonials) to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content in connection with our business.
All advice, guidance, and opinions provided during coaching sessions are personal and based on professional experience, not professional advice. Sessions are NOT a substitute for licensed professional services including, but not limited to: medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment, or tax advice.
Coaching does not guarantee auditions, callbacks, bookings, or career advancement. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
Our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
7.1 Disclaimer of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
7.2 Total Liability: Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms of Use or our services is limited to the total amount of fees you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
